Hi, my parcel looks like it has been stuck on the way to Guangzhou International Centre since 26th September. could you please confirm that it is not lost?

Hi James,

It's not lost. It was delivered to air transport on Sep. 26 and takes about 15-30 days to have update showing it arrives in UK after it was delivered to air transport. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
