My parcel RB040934108SG has been in transit for about 60 days without update should I wait for more days or open a dispute?

I suggest you open a dispute to get refund now. It's not normal that it hasn't been arrived in two months.

Hi mrpepero,

There is no update after Jan.9. It's still in transit and hasn't arrived. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
