Parcel stuck in suzhou customs

I sent parcel to receiver and the parcel is still being held by suzhou customs since 3th Dec . It has been 19 days.
Parcel number is ET148907525AU
Also i called suzhou customs many times and they never receive my call.
Also i asked receiver to call suzhou customs and also they did not receive a call.
Please let me know what is going on

Hi Jack,
The receiver should have got a notice from his phone message. He can declare as requested.If no, call the customs number 12360 to check.

Called 12360 but this is wrong number.
Also receiver did not receive any message from suzhou customs.
I tried everything you said but all number is wrong number and receiver could not receive my parcel...:(

My Parcel to Xi'an is in customs at Xi'an since 10th of December. The address is ib english language. Tracking number LK107237049AU . Please tell me why it is still in Customs. Thanks

dear Daisy and others, the receiver in Zi'an has not yet been notified re LK107237049AU which I sent from Australia and it has been in Customs at Xi'an since 10th of December. The receivers Phone number is 13909292512. The gift is a child's toy. Please help. Thanking you
