Parcel stuck in Shanghai sorting center! HELP!

Hello,
It's been over a week and it seems my parcel has not moved after arriving at the Shanghai sorting facility. It's fairly urgent and the sender did say it was posted with express.

It's not stuck in China. It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it's in the US due to the coronavirus.
