Parcel stuck in Shanghai Sorting Center for almost a month

My parcel contains very important document which arrived in Shanghai sorting center on Oct16. The destination is Kunming and used for urgent matter. So far it's still not reach to its destination. The tracking number is RN658343703CA. Please help!

It's been almost a month now and it seems my parcel has not moved after arriving at the Shanghai sorting facility. When can i expect the package and has it been lost? How has the coronavirus affected this issue? It's fairly urgent and the sender did say it was posted with express.
