Parcel stuck in secondary processing center

Is it normal for a package to stay in a secondary processing center for almost four months? I know how to track it. That's all the info that they provide. Thank you!

Hi Christina,

It's not normal. To my experience, if it couldn't be delivered within ten days after it's there, it will be returned back or still stuck there. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.
