My parcel was sent by my parents from India to Perth Australia on 30/07/2021 but it is still showing update that it’s stuck in hkg.

My package with tracking number 1Z65W9146740248887 has been stuck in transit for 10 days now in Hong Kong and it not moving .please help me rectify this situation because I want to receive as soon as possible but no progress.
