Parcel stuck in Guangzhou since July 2020

My parcel LZ195892714CN has been stuck in Guangzhou since Mid July. It’s last update was on 3 August, saying it’s still in Guangzhou, no other update since then and it’s September now. The seller has no information for me. Please can you tell me where is it now and how long till it gets sent out of Guangzhou? Tracking number is LZ195892714CN

Hi BTSGAL88,

It was delivered by airline on August 8 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Australia after it was delivered by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
