Items have been stuck in Guangzhou since the 26th March en route to Dublin Ireland . Can you advise when the items will be leaving Guangzhou? Appreciate there are restrictions due to Covid-19

Most of the packages sent by e-packet are delayed due to coronavirus. There is few flight to Ireland which makes it delayed. It's still stuck in Guangzhou now. You'd better wait for more days to see if there is any update. If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution.

Exactly, The parcel coming through Guangzhou are always stucked at the same status as I have facing this issue since July 2021, Is there any solution to this can we advise anything to seller
