Parcel stuck in FUZHOU EMS for two weeks

Hi,
My parcel LO537269514CN has been in LO537269514CN since 3rd December with no further update. The website I ordered this from gave no indication the parcel was from China, in fact their website said my parcel would be delivered in 8 working days. I have emailed the retailer multiple times with no response. Could you provide an update to the parcel's location and whether this is likely to be delivered before Christmas as intended. I ordered this on 27th November.

It was handed over to the carrier transport on October 19 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

It couldn't be delivered in 8 working days. It left China on Dec. 5 and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution if you couldn't receive it within the promised time.
