Parcel stuck in customs fr 10days

Hi, I have ordered an package from A japan’s forwarding company to a Chinese forwarding company as japan post is not shipping to Australia I wanted to get it shipped from China, the tracking said it reached China customs on 10th aug a
But it has been stuck there since then with no updates, can you please help to resolve this, thank you:)

Hi daisy, thank you so much for the reply, the receiver is an Chinese forwarding agent so they asked me to put my phone number, name and email as the receiver(for custom reasons) but Ofcourse their warehouse address, but I haven’t got any emails or calls from them about the parcel at all so am very worried about it, so if there is any chance you could reach out to them and let them know to contact me for the parcel through email or here if you can, I would be really greatful, thank you:)

Hi Sonam,
If you put your phone number, the package couldn't be delivered or released. The customs or the courier man couldn't contact the receipient successfully. I have no way to solve about it. You can only let the company to help you call China customs to ask how to solve the problem.

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
