Hi, my parcel CP413027161CN has been stuck in customs for 2 weeks. I didn't received any update from Aupost or from the customs. I think it may be missing. What can I do to ask for an investigation?

Hi Leon,

In normal, the customs should notice you about how to get it. If you don't receive any notice, you need to contact Sydney customs or Australia Post to check it for you as soon as possible.
