Parcel stuck in customs

My parcel LZ487229965CN has bin stuck in customs since december 2020. Thats 5 mounths. Is there any way i can pay taxes or get to know the reason why the parcel is beeing held? The seller no longer exists so I can not contact Them unfortunately.

Hi Nettan,

It's stuck at the customs and needs the sender to declare. You couldn't do that. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can ony try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.

Hello, I have a parcel that was sent from china to Australia but parcel has been stuck at customs for a month now. I have emailed my local customs and provided them my tracking but i am told that they do not have the parcel. Could you please help with this issue?
