Parcel Stuck in Customs

Hello My package is stuck in Guangzhou Customs. tracking number is CJ497022095US. recipient is saying that they are not able to get it released and are not able to get any information from post office. Can you find reason for customs hold? Thank you.

Hi James Browning,

Sorry, we couldn't know the exact reason for it to be held by the customs. It may too expensive and needs to be declared or need the recipient to pay tax. You'd better let the recipient contact China Post (call 11185) directly to check it.

Hello, I have a parcel that was sent from china to Australia but parcel has been stuck at customs for a month now. I have emailed my local customs and provided them my tracking but i am told that they do not have the parcel. Could you please help with this issue?
