Parcel stuck in China

I sent parcel to forwarder company in China. But Parcel stuck in customs. Forwarder company don't want to help with it. After sometime parcel move to Shenzhen and stuck there. How to it move back to sender.

Hi Alex,

If it's stuck there for over a month, it usually will be returned back.

Hello my parcel has been stuck in the same status - Cleared and awaiting international departure GUANGZHOU (CN), CHINA since the 27/08/2021. Could you please let me know if the parcel is lost or if there is a delay. Normally it only takes 4-7 days to receive a delivery from China so I’m a bit concerned.
