Hello,
I have a parcel with number RG027015613CN
Which is being sent to Iran. It's been over 2 weeks that there are no updates and the package is still in china.
I have had several other packages sent to the same address without problem but this one seems to be lost.

Yes i can see it has been handed over to airlines.
But why is it taking so long? It was never like this before.
30 days has passed and it has not even left china. Usually i get my packages sooner than 30 days

It's not lost. It's delayed and is on the way to Iran now. You'd better wait for more days to get it.
