Parcel stuck for a month on GUANGZHOU EM

Hi, i made an order on August 22nd (tracking number EB751429455CN) and was "Handed over to the Carrirer" on September 15th. Since that day there have been no updates of movement. The last one was that day "Departure from outward office of exchange in GUANGZHOU EM".
I would like to know if my parcel is stuck or what should I do.

It was handed over to the carrier transport on September 15 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Peru after that. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
