Parcel Stuck at Xiamen Customs for over 3weeks

Hello, I returned a faulty item to the seller by trackable post. Tracking shows item is at Xiamen Customs. Can I contact them? If so, what is their number?
If I can't contact, can you please advise what to do to get the item to its destination. Thanks

Hi Mimi,

Phone number for Xiamen Customs is 0592-2028717. They could only speak Chinese. You'd better contact the seller in China to make the call.

My package has been in Xiamen since December 5th. What takes so long? The company that shipped it keeps telling me be patient. This is a Christmas gift and I ordered it in mid November. Please help

I contacted Gavin Zhou at Pro-Waterproof and he advises that the phone #s for Xiamen Customs I was given by Canada Post and passed on to him are unavailable: 0592-5680290/5611589; 0592-5680185.
