I've been waiting for my parcel for over a month now and it is stuck at "handed to the airline" status. Any further help with this would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi mcg01,

There is no further update for it. It's still in transit to Indonesia now. You'd better open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund or contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in time.

Hello. My package has been at the airline in Shenzhen in almost two months. I contacted the seller and they said it might be in US customs? I am very close to requesting for a refund. Where is the package? The tracking number is LN855195277CN.

I would like to check the status of my parcel CP437419162CN. The last update was accepted by the airline and pending to depart but there is no update for a week, the parcel was shipped a month ago and has been waiting for flight. Any idea if the parcel is still waiting? Thanks.
