Parcel stuck at Shenzhen customs imports

Returned Item, small parcel, to China . Left Australia 15th July 2021 arrived customs in Shenzhen, China on 29th July 2021. Recepient has not been contacted & tracking shows parcel still at customs imports in Shenzhen. Tracking number is: LK126354079AU I am waiting for parcel to arrive at company named E-ACE , so they can ship replacement item. Appreciate any help you can give. Kind Regards Sam

Hi Sam,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check.
