Parcel stuck at ShenZhen custom and recipient has not been contacted!!!!

Hi, I have a parcel (EJ259134793AU) that has been held at Shenzhen custom since 6 August 2020. It seems that it is awaiting for recipient to pay tax, but the recipient has not been contacted till now. Could you help me check please.

Hi rebecca,

It's waiting for the recipient to pay for the tax. The recipient should have received the notice. We couldn't help you contact the recipient. If he doesn't pay for it in time, it will be returned back to you.

hello! recipient has requested for custom to return parcel as it was held in custom for quite awhile and i think the request was successful? recipient then told me to check with my local post office regarding if the parcel will be returned back the same way but local post office kept asking me to check with recipient if the custom have contacted them back and said that parcel is still with custom. is someone able to help me check as to where my parcel CR925888462SG is at right now? because i am really confused due to the different replies.
