Parcel stuck at post office

Hi,

I have sent a parcel to China and it looks like it's stuck at the Guangzhou Shijing Post Office.

The tracking number is: RR697056236SE.

It's supposed to go to a Mr Wang Zhi Gang (tel: +86 18664602824).

He says he's been to the post office but they have no details of that parcel?

How do I proceed?

Hi Alfred,

It has been in Guangzhou Shijing Post Office since Jan. 27. The status shows it waits the recipient to pick it up there. You'd better contact the recipient to let him pick it up as soon as possible. He can also call China Post service number 11185 to ask then to deliver it to them if the parcel is not so large.
