Parcel stuck at inbound flight arrived

It has been 1 month and 15 days since the “inbound flight arrived” status and shipping is taking much longer than it was supposed to. I ordered this 2 months ago today. I am starting to worry that my package got lost or somehow didn’t make it to customs but I don’t know how to check because it is stuck on inbound flight arrived. Is there a way to get further information on my package and where it is? It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, please let me know! LY564453532CN

Good afternoon why it's took so long for parcel to arrive in my country? There's no other way to make iur orders to be quickly so that we could buy again. Now because it took too long is not wisely to order again.

Hi, my parcel tracking no EV032041718CN keeps saying plane departed, plane entering Hong Kong. Why can't it exit Hong Kong and be delivered to Uganda.
It was received by airline on Dec.5 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was received by airline. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
