Parcel with tracking code UF183833705SG was picked by 4PX Express on the 12th, and never moved from "arrived at facility and measured" in Shangai's Hongqiao ever since. Been over two weeks now, should I be worried that it's permanently stuck or lost? How much longer should I wait until contacting sender?
