Parcel stuck at Guangzhou?

Hi, I'm not sure if this is right forum to ask, but I'll give a try. My parcel LZ437795849CN has been st6ck Guangzhou for a while now. Is this normal that it takes time there?

Hi Ville,

Yes, it's normal. It was handed over to the carrier transport on Nov. 7 and takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Finland after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

I'm waiting for my parcel (EB723835435CN) and for three weeks the status didn't change: Guangzhou, leaving the Guangzhou International Center, the next stop, Guangzhou International Exchange Station (via transfer).
Is it really stuck there or did something happen to it? Is it already on the way to Spain?
