Parcel Stuck at Despatch from Sorting Center

My tracking number is EB717043137CN and the last tracking update I received was on 04-28-2020. The merchant told me delivery would be within 1.5-2 weeks and the order was shipped on 04-20-2020 and I still see no updates of my parcel being anywhere near the U.S. where I am located. do you know when my parcel will arrive and why has It shown despatch from sorting center more than once?

My supplier says this should only take 5 day’s to get to me, but after 3 days it’s still stuck in China’s sorting center. Am I looking at it wrong?

It didn't pass the security check on April 28 and is sent again now. It will be checked in the following days. You need to track it to see if it could leave China successfully.
