Hi Anne,

It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Would you please help me with parcel RU734546545NL? It shows that it arrived in China on 4th of May but still being processed by the customs. My recipient has received no notice of the parcel's status. I have called 11185 multiple times in vain. I have sent a return to China. The parcel has been at customs in China since 26.06.2024. There have been no new updates since then. I have already started a forwarding order with Deutsche Post, they also assured me that the parcel is still at customs. The recipient has also contacted customs, also without success. Can you please check the status of the parcel and ensure that it reaches the recipient promptly?
