Hello,
My parcel RJ030947795UA stuck at customs for more than 2 months. Recipient claims they didn't receive any notifications. Please advise.

Hi Grygorii,

It's retained by the customs of Guangzhou. You'd better let the recipient contact Guangzhou customs to ask how to get it.
