PARCEL STUCK AT CUSTOM DUE TO NO NAME / ADDRESS ON THE BOXES

HI , I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP WITH MY PARCEL TRACKING rt181085973sg , I have sent a package to China with tracking it has been 54 days in transit and i only know the reason why that mention that no name , address wrote on my parcel, i had told my singapore post officer they only can help to send email to OPA which no respond yet , i dont know what to do can someone guide with this issue .

Hi CHEE WAI,

Do you mean that there is no name , address wrote on your parcel? If so, it couldn't be delivered. If the sender's address is right, it has the chance to be returned back.

It’s still stuck at the custom didn’t release to my recipient , it’s say that no name so cannot release to my recipient and my Singapore SingPost have email to OPA it’s seem no reply and my recipient have also send email same no respond at all even call also no one pick up , what will happen to my parcel if stuck for two months already .

I bought fishing reels and rods from Japan and sent to my agency’s address in Fusan, Guangzhou, China. Currently, some packages are arriving in custom, Guangzhou custom post.
I didn’t check properly with my agency. Unfortunately, they don’t have custom clearance service.

I’ve sent a parcel in august from Uk, via Royal Mail, the parcel is now stuck at custom and I don’t know the reason, the receiver refuses to contact the custom to find out, tracking number is RN428183640GB. Could you please assist and let me know what is the problem?
