Parcel stuck at Beijing post office

Sent application document with tracking number RR054438421NG from Nigeria to southwest university chongqing and my parcel is stuck at Beijing since 19th of March. Please why is this happening?

Hi emiezi,

The university may have received it but tracking information stops updateting after it arrives in Beijing. You'd better contact the university to ask if they have received it.

Two of my parcels are stuck at Beijing Customs office with Tracking Numbers RB278200597RU RB276200637RU.
Both are coming from Russia but its been 9 days its stuck there, how can i get an update?

Hi,

I have sent a parcel to China and it looks like it's stuck at the Guangzhou Shijing Post Office.

The tracking number is: RR697056236SE.

It's supposed to go to a Mr Wang Zhi Gang (tel: +86 18664602824).

He says he's been to the post office but they have no details of that parcel?

How do I proceed?
