Is it okay? Cause it has been returned 3 times before the delivery.

Hi elim28,

In normal, if you see inport customs remainpending for inspection, that means you couldn't get it. It will be returned back to the seller. What you need to do the next is to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
