My parcel has been sat in my city for 9 days with the tracking "outbound delivery". I need it to arrive before Friday (for Xmas) as I ordered it mid November? I don't know what courier China Post use in the UK so I don't know who to contact.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
