Parcel stuck

My parcel tracking no EB748230302CN has been stuck in Guangzhou for 13 days.Does this mean there is a problem?
My parcels usually only sit there for one week maximum.

EMS is slow to Australia at present. You need to wait for more days to get update.

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
