My parcel LZ439924930CN is stuck since 13/11/2020 at Zhengzhou. How long does it take to leave China?

Hi Zeca,

It was handed over to the carrier transport on Nov.13 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in Portugal after it was handed over to the carrier transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi,

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
