It's been 3 months I have got no updates about my parcel, the tracking I'd is CP357869769CN, why my parcel not going ahead , stuck at 1 place

Hi Majid ali,

It's sent by a cheap way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking information for it after it left for some stations in China. This kind of package takes about 3 months to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hi,

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
