Hi. My parcel has not moved for over a month when it was recorded as exported. Any idea where it could be?

Hi Danny,

It's in transit to UK now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Hi,

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
