Hello! I just received another parcel from China. But the other parcel LE117949300CN is still stuck. Is it possible to say when the parcel is being shipped to destination?

Hi,

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
