Parcel stuck?

Please help with my parcel RE012814223CN it stuck from last update from 15 days till today and no update. I am very worried. What should i do.

Hi Aditya,

It left China on March 11 and is in transit to India now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 20-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives.If you couldn't receive within the promised time, please contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution or open a dispute on AliExpress to get refund.

Hi,

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
