Parcel stuck

My parcel is stuck at a "so called" distribution centre. The problem is there is no distribution centre on that road....it's 100 meters from the delivery address.
Trackingnumber is AM769119936CN.

Hi,

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
