Hello,

It seems that my parcel "EV006684776CN" hasn't moved for 10 days.
Is there any problem here ? Why is it stuck at "Handed over the Carrier" for so long ?

The seller has shipped my parcel (CP408554960CN) in June. It’s a surface parcel, and the status has been stuck at “sent to airline” for a month. The destination of this parcel is Norway.

Can I check when can I expect to receive it?
