The status has not changed since 17th December 2021 - 'Port of destination - Arrival'. Could you please provide me with the exact status of the parcel (S00000240396066 - UA410336331AE)? It was sent with Yanwen logistics whom I cannot contact from my home country.

If it's stuck there for a long time, you need to contact the sender to check it for you through contacting YANWEN Express in China.
