Hi,
I have an authorized return of a defective item on stand-by at the Guangzhou customs office on 19-03-2018
can you tell me how long it takes for delivery to be able to get back the working article or reimbursement from the sending company .. ??
the tracking of the package sent is: RA986689235IT

Hi Andrea,

It seems that it's stuck in Guangzhou processing center since March 19. You'd better let the seller in China call China Post service number 11183 to ask what happened to it.
