Since the 13th of January, my parcel has stayed in China, moving between Beijing and Shanghai, why hasn't it started its journey to me, after almost 4 weeks?

Moving from Shanghai to Beijing is for export. It's a normal transit in China. It left Beijing, China and headed for your country on Jan. 24. It takes at least a month to reach your country for this kind of packet.
