My status is saying parcel arrived in its country of Destination it's almost a week but I didn't receive it ,help what does that mean? RH958539133CN

Hi Valerie,

When parcel is in South Africa, the parcel will be handed over to South Africa Post to process it and deliver it. If they don't deliver it to you, you'd better contact South Africa for a clarification.
