My parcel didn't delivered after 2 months?? Details are below.. please be kind enough to Check it & send it to that postal address.... y???? is it stuck in Beijing..........

Sorry, we couldn't deal it for you. This site could only help you check where your parcel is. If you want them to send or return it, please call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) in China.

It's not stuck in Beijing. Latest information shows it's in Hangzhou now. If you are the recipient in China, call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask how to get it.
