Hii my parcel from India with tracking ID no. RM 356440386IN has still not arrived it's stuck in tianmu road what can i do now

I didn't get the parcel . So can I go to the post office where my parcel usually comes to check over there

The postman may put your parcel at your nearest express collection point. You may get a short message from the smartphone to pick it up there. Better check your message. The post office couldn't help you find the parcel. Call 11183 (then 8 to get English service) to check where it is now.

This parcel has been delivered successfully on Feb. 27. If the recipient has received it, let the recipient in China contact China Post as soon as possible.
