Parcel still not arrived however it’s been in uk for over 7 weeks now???

I order 2 Helly Hansen jackets from China. It’s been 63 days and parcel has still not arrived. When I track my parcel with this code UU092119406CN it says parcel is in Langley, UK since 19th May. Why has it not been delivered to me if it’s been in uk for over 7 weeks???

Hi Michelle Gillan,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in UK. So, you can't get more update after May 19. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hi,

I have sent a parcel to arrive to Romania within 2 weeks. I have paid an extra fee so it would arrive not longer than within 2 weeks.i have send it on 23 rd november, and today already 16th of december. The tracking number of my parcel is CP316363227CN.
When i am trying to track it it says it left Beijing terminal on 29th november, and this is the last info i have.

The parcel arrived at Vilnius, Lithuania 4 weeks ago on 22 July. Since that time it hasn't moved even one meter. When can I receive the shipment? Unfortunately it is not my first case with the same problem. It is usual in Vilnius. Are you not able to force Lithuanian Post to do their job?
