Why is my parcel still at Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou since Oct 18, 2015 15:07 with a status of "has been exported to open"
Its been sitting there for more than a month already..

Hi I have a package that has been in the status of "exchange bureau in Guangzhou has been exported to open" for almost 3 months. I understand that because China post is cheap I cannot track it after it has left. I would just like to know if this status means that it has definitely left that post? And because this package contains an11 digit number with no letters unfortunately the United States Postal Service does not recognize this number. Are there letters I should put in front of it to see if it has arrived in my country? Is there someone I can call in the United States to see where it is? And my last question is when I look up the tracking on the package on many different sites, not one site can I can see where the package is being delivered to (My address is not listed for delivery) is this normal or does this mean that my address wasn't put on the box? Thank you very much.

When I enter each tracking numbers it states: "Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported to open
And all of these r from this date: 2017-02-05 08:21:52.0
Any idea of if my three items have left china yet?

Your packages are all sent by China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. China Post will stop updating the status after "Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou has been exported to open" . You can only wait now.

The status of "exchange bureau in Guangzhou has been exported to open" doesn't mean it has definitely left China. "exchange bureau in Guangzhou has been exported" is the status showing it left China. USPS will be in charge of delivering the package to you when it's in USA. There is no way for you to know if it has arrived in your country or not.
If you couldn't get it over three months, it may be lost. It's easy to be lost for this kind of parcel.

You used China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus to send your parcel. This service is not registered, so it could not be tracked, especially when the parcel arrives at abroad. It is very slow and often takes two months, even longer. Please wait.

Hi,
My order was returned back to the seller. Because I was unable to pick the order when it reached my home in Canada.
So Canada post has sent back the parcel. Now the status is that its in "Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou"
I think returned parcels are received there. And than transferred back to seller.
I suggest you guys to talk with you seller if your parcel doesnot arrive on time.

I am to recieve two parcels from different sellers using China Post.
For the first one (tracking number RK555226299CN) the last information says:
2017-04-01 15:32 Shanghai Pudong, left
Does it means it has been shipped overseas?
For the second parcel (tracking number 72088409129) the only information I've got so far is:
2017-03-25 17:01 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open
For what I've read in here, it must have been posted as an "ordinary small packet plus" or something like that, so I don't get anymore information from you guys after that point. I would like to check if this is the case, as I have paid extra money to the seller to have a "Register Airmail" shipping method, that I don't believe is the one they used.
Also, do you have any idea how long it should take for them to get to Brazil? Assuming they have,indeed, been shipped to Brazil.
