Why is my parcel still at Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou since Oct 18, 2015 15:07 with a status of "has been exported to open"

Same problem with me too. My tracking no. 70150239604 after 3-12-2015 there is no update it's still same "exchange bureau in guangzhou have been exported to open" what gonna we do hope and pray to god :)

You packages belongs to China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which couldn't be tracked when it leaves China. It should have left China around Oct. 6. You can only wait now. This kind of package usually takes one or two months to arrive the destination country.

RS500008467CN stil waiting on tracking update. so i can see im going to be told to wait until the package arrives in my country...fair enough...i guess, it seems simple what needs fixed here...we ALL need to be updated more about our tracking...if alibaba wants to weed out the fakes and scams...tracking info needs to be better....give us that little bit more comfort when buying from china...update our tracking more . why isnt it updated when it leaves china rather than wait until it arrives in its desired country ...seems REALY silly to me and only leaves me thinking its fake...this sites fake the buyer is fake ive lost my money and been scamed? we will see and il return with my fonal verdict by 28th dec ✌

It should have left China. There is no further update because this package belongs to China Post Ordinary Package. It couldn't be tracked after it leaves China. In most cases, it needs two months to reach. If you couldn't get it before Dec. 26, it may be lost on the way.

'Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly' means the parcel has left China on Nov 17 and on the way to Ireland since then. It usually takes at least a months for a parcel from China to Ireland by China Post. Before it reaches your country, there will be no further update. Once it arrives, there will be update.

Admin can you please tell me when my packages will leave for Canada? I ordered the items 3 months ago and they are still stuck in "Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou has been exported to open". I have 3 packages ( 87082276455 ) (71475807159 ) ( P000004324449 ) . The were suppose to be Christmas presents but been way to long now so i dont think they will even arive till the new year now.

87082276455 and 71475807159 are not stuck in Guangzhou. Tracking service is not available after that. They have been on the way to your country.

It doesn't mean the package is not moving. It moves in fact. The reason for no update in tracking system is that China Post doesn't provide tracking for China Post ordinary small packet when it leaves China.
You need to wait about two months for it to reach your country as it's a cheap service.

I have the same problem. The staff of China Post told me that the system couldn't show the tracking information when the parcel leaves China and on the way to the destination country. When it reaches the destination country, it could show the result. I think it's on the way. So, you can only wait.
