Hi I have an order stuck for 3 weeks on this status.
[Fenggang Town] Departed from sorting center
Carrier note: Outbound in sorting center

My tracking number is

Can someone help me and advise why my orders still on this status and is suppose to arrive to Australia in. 2 days. Please help
